Salutations, it is only fair to share a short who am I and what is the Plug. I am 33, Pisces, single not by choice (the right one hasn’t found me. It’s ok I’m not looking so I get found I guess), was and still am being raised by entrepreneur’s my Mother and Father. I’m am 55% D, and 27% I, on the DISC assessment. Also, since I was 19 I have been successfully working in the fitness industry, I have been the number one trainer within several brands and recently achieved the highest award within our 100 Club Lux brand for leading the Personal Training Club of the year. In short, business is what I love, and I have always been obsessed with leadership.

With all of this in mind, I feel compelled to speak candidly to you and say my blog will not be for everyone, it is based on my experience gained and observations from my everyday learnings. I am building this blog to be a plug for great leaders to join in sharing their most potent leadership strategies and best insights learned only through failure. I know leadership for me is a lifestyle, a journey of listening to your core beliefs, identifying your principles, and embracing the power of vulnerability when teaching and learning.
